Shuttle Information

Welcome Party
Due to bridge construction, parking at the Crow's Nest beach area is very limited. We encourage you to take our shuttle available from 4:45-8:45 p.m. The shuttle will leave from the North Harbor parking area.
Directions to North Harbor Parking Area:
Brommer St & 7th Ave, Live Oak, CA 95062
From Seventh Avenue and Brommer Street, drive downhill on Brommer to the ParkMobile area. Please use ParkMobile spots only. Parking here is $2/hour, but the shuttle is free!
Wedding Ceremony
Important: Please note that only guests staying overnight in the Waterfall Lodge Cabins are permitted to drive directly to the venue. All other guests will need to take our complementary shuttle.
At 2:30pm, shuttles will leave from 2 locations: The Brookdale Lodge and St. Peter & St. Paul’s Orthodox Church. Pickup from Brookdale Lodge is reserved for guests staying at Brookdale Lodge. All other guests may park for free at the church. Overnight parking at the church is permitted.
The shuttles will do one additional loop to the church only between 2:50-3:00. If you miss the 2:30 shuttles, please make sure you wait for the next shuttle at the church. If you miss the second shuttle, we’ll see you at the after party ;)
After Party/Return Shuttles
For guests looking to have an early evening, shuttles will begin making loops to the church and the Brookdale Lodge starting at 8:00pm. All guests not staying at the venue overnight will be shuttled offsite by 10pm when the reception ends.
After the reception, shuttles will begin transporting guests to our After Party at the Brookdale Lodge.
During the After Party, shuttles will take guests from the Brookdale Lodge back to the church or the Hilton in Scott’s Valley as needed. Note that we are only able to offer drop offs at the Hilton, not pick-ups before the ceremony.
