Shuttle Information

Welcome Party
We can’t wait to see you at the Welcome Party to celebrate Ted and Allison, on the beach at the Crows Nest in Santa Cruz! To get to the party, you don’t need to go into the restaurant. Follow the pathway and signs around the restaurant towards the beach. Look for the white tent!
Parking at the Crow's Nest beach area is limited. You can try to park at the paid lot there, but we encourage you to park at the North Harbor parking area and take our private shuttle, which is available from 4:45-8:45 p.m.
There will be signs.

From 7th Ave and Brommer St, drive down hill on Brommer to the ParkMobile area. Please use ParkMobile spots only. Parking here is $2/hour, but the shuttle is free!

Wedding Ceremony
Important: Please note that only guests staying overnight in the Waterfall Lodge Cabins are permitted to drive directly to the venue. All other guests will need to take our complementary shuttle.
At 2:30pm, shuttles will leave from 2 locations: The Brookdale Lodge and St. Peter & St. Paul’s Orthodox Church. Pickup from Brookdale Lodge is reserved for guests staying at Brookdale Lodge. All other guests may park for free at the church. Overnight parking at the church is permitted.
The shuttles will do one additional loop to the church only between 2:50-3:00. If you miss the 2:30 shuttles, please make sure you wait for the next shuttle at the church. If you miss the second shuttle, we’ll see you at the after party ;)
After Party/Return Shuttles
For guests looking to have an early evening, shuttles will begin making loops to the church and the Brookdale Lodge starting at 8:00pm. All guests not staying at the venue overnight will be shuttled offsite by 10pm when the reception ends.
After the reception, shuttles will begin transporting guests to our After Party at the Brookdale Lodge.
During the After Party, shuttles will take guests from the Brookdale Lodge back to the church or the Hilton in Scott’s Valley as needed. Note that we are only able to offer drop offs at the Hilton, not pick-ups before the ceremony.
